Moonbeams Took Your Place
Moonbeams stream thru the window..
fall across our bed.
Gently.. so softly...cool, they lay...
in your place..the place where we once loved.
Once loved.....it seems....just Yesterday....
I reach into those Moonbeams...
you send from heaven's shore.
Moonbeams...silent moonbeams...
to feel your love..once more.
Tears stream as moonbeams now
falling upon our bed on your place
the place...where we once lay...
while quietly I pray...Please God..
take tender care of her..
